Description: Cool Concierge provides instant access to institutional memory of customers for all employees that have interaction with those customers (phone agents, front desk personnel, waiters, concierges, flight attendants, management, pool attendants, etc.). Take a vacation club, for instance. The first point of entry is the preview package. Potential buyers are approached with an offer to stay at a particular resort for free or for drastically reduced price if they listen to a presentation about the resort. Data is gathered about the potential customers including if they are married, income level, interests, etc. When the customer buys, more information is gathered such as the type of resort, geographical preferences, mortgage and loan servicing information, etc.

Next the customer makes a reservation and additional information is gathered such as ski package requests, massage appointments, flowers in the room, xbox for kids, etc. At the point of check in the clerk is aware that she should be addressed as “Beth” not Elizabeth, her down allergy is known to the staff and she is informed that her comforters have been switched for a hypo allergenic variety.
