Every project is broken down into a handful of distinct terms; the nouns and verbs that model actual business processes. Next, with the business partners and IT representatives’ guidance, Solstice creates a custom architecture where its component parts are independently and systemically tested. Because no single component is permitted to be overly complex, this process often has the added benefit of allowing programming modules to be reused in future projects.

The patterns, standards and processes to which Solstice project team members must adhere requires a high degree of organizational and personal discipline. Any code that does not adhere to strict Solstice development guidelines, patterns and proven processes is immediately rejected and replaced by code that meets the higher Solstice standards. This approach provides advantages not easily duplicated in today's marketplace.
